Mental Wellbeing - One Day Course

A one-day course

This course teaches people what mental health is, how to challenge stigma, basic knowledge of some common mental health issues, causes and triggers of poor mental health on board, including the challenges of crew dynamics and education on 'banter' and bullying & harassment. It includes how to nurture a culture of care and support onboard, looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing as well as strategies for building resilience and signposting to professional help and resources. 

  • Recognised under the GUEST IAMI accredited pathway 

  • Developed in conjunction with multiple yachting training providers to ensure established, reputable alignment

  • Internationally recognised qualification and assessment standard

  • Available online & in person / onboard
